A Message from the President
Out of an abundance of caution, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our office and suspend service calls due to presence of COVID-19 within the company.
Upon learning of the situation, 100% of employees were tested and we can confirm this is an isolated event that has not impacted any of Harris’ Service Technicians who may have recently interacted with our customers.
Of course, the health and wellbeing of our customers and employees is our highest priority. We are closely following the advice of public health authorities (including the 14-day home quarantine and proactive testing of all our employees) and taking all necessary precautions to safely return to operations.
Our current plans are to reopen the office and resume service calls on Monday, June 29th. This is obviously a fluid situation, so we’ll be monitoring and adjusting our plans and timeline accordingly.
